Shore Acres State Park is a unique place on the Oregon Coast that boasts sandstone cliffs jutting at odd angles into the Pacific Ocean. On one trip I was fascinated with the flow of water after waves washed over one of the nearby rocks. This is the result of many shots trying to get a balance of trickling ocean water and the curious shapes of the exposed sandstone. I hope you enjoy the result.

I am a nature photographer based in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon. Living in the Pacific Northwest lends itself to inspiration. I am surrounded by beautiful colors and textures, whether in the spring flowers and meadows or the majestic forests and rivers. I don't have to go far to find beautiful shots, in fact many of them come from within a few miles of my house or even my backyard. I also love capturing objects and scenes in monochrome, finding that removing color brings out the essence of the subject. I have a passion for my craft, and am always learning and growing.
